Michael Lorence has a background in Chemistry and has held roles including Research Assistant, Lab Tech, Product Development Chemist, and Project Manager in the Personal Care Industry. He's been a key contributor to the launch of 100s of products in the Personal Care and Cosmetics Market including many household brand names and award winning products.
He's currently serving as the Owner & Operator of Flex Cosmetics and building a brand around education in the industry, as well as studying productivity and building systems and processes in business. His main passion to pursue Flex Cosmetics' purpose of serving its partners, providing for its people, and giving back to its community.
